The Problems
- California lawmakers continually seek to expand the list of mandated vaccines for school children, essentially depriving parents of the rights to make medical decisions for their own children. As Federal health agencies began steering toward gold standard science since President Trump took office in Jan 2025, California has doubled down on its tyrannical health policies: the legislature passed AB144, granting authority to California Department of Public Health to decide the state’s own vaccine schedule; it formed West Coast Health Alliance with Oregon, Washington, and Hawaii to completely insulate these states from Federal reforms. As the CDC has slashed its recommended childhood vaccine doses, and HHS has demanded gold-standard safety and efficacy testing for vaccines, our state schedule is instead poised to expand further, unbound by any safety standard set forth by Federal agencies.
- Overmedicalization of school children is driving the next generation toward dependency on the medical and pharmaceutical industrial complex.
- Medical kidnapping is pervasive in California’s hospitals, keeping patients and their caregivers out of medical decision making and threatening the lives of countless children and adults alike with one size fits all treatment protocols and unsound medical judgement.
- mRNA injections are wreaking havoc on public health, leading to turbo cancer, myocarditis, neurological damage, sudden death, birth defects, still birth, and more. Even un-injected individuals are similarly affected-though to a lesser degree-due to shedding from injected individuals.
- Gender ideology indoctrination in public schools and “Gender Affirming” procedures (now referred to as “Gender Rejecting” procedures by Kennedy’s HHS) are still being performed on minor children, despite federal restrictions and funding prohibitions.
The Solutions
- As governor, my administration will go beyond simply restoring religious exemptions, personal belief/philosophical exemptions to the childhood vaccine schedule and stop penalizing medical exemptions. We will not only repeal AB144 and disband the West Coast Health Alliance, realigning the state’s vaccine schedule with that of the CDC, but will also abolish the vaccine mandates that have plagued our students and parents for far too long. We will restore Informed Choice, as a God given right. Parents will receive full disclosure of risks and side effects of vaccines as well as other medications/procedures and have the choice whether or not to subject their children to them. The perverse incentives for healthcare providers that push them to vaccinate and overmedicate the populace will end. Under my watch, no medical products or procedures will under any circumstance be given any government incentive.
- In addition, we will end all medical mandates and end medical kidnapping. All medical decisions will be made jointly by doctors and patients and/or their caretakers, documented and signed by all parties involved. We will hold the pharmaceutical industry liable for injuries caused by their vaccines and medications, and hold hospitals and practitioners accountable for abusing medical procedures. We will criminally prosecute manufacturers, distributors, and practitioners who knowingly withhold information or coerce patients into compliance. We will reform Child Protective Services and end their role in medical kidnapping. We will keep minor children off unnecessary psychiatric drugs and obesity drugs by employing alternative therapies.
- We will invest in quality care for children on the spectrum (ASD), convening expert researchers and practitioners from mainstream healthcare institutions as well as from alternative healing modalities, educators, and social workers to help reverse and alleviate symptoms and support them in finding paths to maximize quality of life.
- We will end the marginalization and demonization of alternative healing modalities, allowing them to compete freely and fairly with conventional medical practices. The only criteria for adopting treatment protocols—tailored to individual patients—will be demonstrated safety, efficacy, and long-term health outcomes, not rigid “standard of care” made up by profit-driven institutions.
- We will ban the use of mRNA technologies on human, crop and livestock; fund comprehensive scientific research in reversing the epidemic of mRNA injuries; and help impacted individuals and families recover from adverse effects of their mRNA and other Covid injections.
- We will put an end to gender ideology indoctrination in public schools and prohibit any and all forms of gender transition procedures in minors.
Environmental
The Problems
- A large proportion of community water systems in California are mandated to add fluoride, a toxic industrial waste product linked to lower IQ and health problems, especially in children.
- California’s water supply contains high levels of deuterium, a hydrogen isotope that impedes metabolic processes and overall health, and significantly shortens human lifespan.
- Geoengineering continually injects toxic chemicals and heavy metals into the air we breathe and the environment we depend on to grow food.
- Restrictions on incandescent light bulb sales push LED lights into homes and schools, impacting vision, cognitive function, immune function, and hormonal regulation—particularly in young children.
- Our living environment is rife with EMR contamination. 5G (and the incoming 6G) towers placed in areas close to humans and pets are linked to high prevalence of neurological damage, cancer, and other health problems. California also has near universal smart meter deployment, which poses similar health risks as other EMR sources, and creates significant fire hazards.
- The pervasive use of toxic hand sanitizers and sanitizing wipes in classrooms is decimating children’s microbiome and destroying their immune system.
The Solutions
- My administration will ban water fluoridation.
- We will encourage and incentivize innovators to develop technologies to effectively and affordably remove deuterium from the water supply.
- We will ban all forms of geoengineering and weather modification.
- My administration will end restrictions on incandescent light sales and bring healthy lighting back to schools and homes.
- We will thoroughly investigate the health impacts of electromagnetic radiation (EMR); compile and analyze all available data to determine safe setback distances for cell tower placement from humans and pets. No cell towers will be permitted within these established safe distances from homes, parks, schools, churches, or office buildings. Homeowners and communities will have straightforward, accessible opt-out rights for smart meters. My administration will prioritize radical transparency on EMR health risks, including comprehensive public education about the dangers of exposure and strong advocacy for effective protective measures.
- We will prohibit the use of toxic hand sanitizers, sanitizing wipes, and other cleaning products containing endocrine disruptors in schools, while encouraging and promoting the adoption of safe, natural alternatives around children.
Farming and Food Sources
The Problems:
- Our farming practice is heavily dependent on GMO crops, glyphosate-based pesticides and herbicides, along with other highly toxic chemicals, which are also routinely used in residential areas, schools and parks, polluting soil, water, air, poisoning our food supply, posing grave health risks to the public and destroying the ecosystem.
- Low quality and unpalatable food is being served in public schools, resulting in waste and malnourishment. Ultra-processed food laden with synthetic petroleum-based additives continues to be a staple in the average California family.
- California recently passed law to mandate fortification of corn masa flour and certain corn masa products with folic acid, a toxic, synthetic form of folate touted to prevent birth defects. This law not only poses unnecessary health risks to consumers, but can potentially open up a floodgate of government overreach that impacts our food sources.
- A substantial portion—often estimated at around 20% or more—of SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) benefits is spent on non-nutritious items such as sugary beverages, candy, and other ultra-processed foods. The resulting health problems cause unnecessary suffering for SNAP recipients while burdening taxpayers a second time through increased medical costs.
The Solutions:
- My administration will ban the use of glyphosate-based pesticides and herbicides and other toxic chemicals in residential areas, schools, parks, churches and workplaces. Hold manufacturers accountable for health problems caused by their products. No liability shield in any way shape or form will be provided to the industry. We will offer financial incentives and education to farmers for them to off ramp from chemical dependence and transition into regenerative farming. We will end government subsidies to chemical farming to allow a fair and free market in which regenerative farming can thrive. Similarly, comparable incentives and education will be provided to livestock farmers to promote chemical free, pasture raised beef, dairy, pork, and poultry products.
- We will adopt the new Federal dietary guidelines and serve nutrient rich lunches in public schools. We will also get one step ahead of Federal reforms and ban any GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) ingredient that hasn’t been adequately tested for safety and long term health effects.
- We will end government mandates to artificially fortify any food or ingredient.
- I will sign a SNAP waiver with USDA to restrict the purchase of non-nutritious items with tax dollars.
- I will push for alternative healthcare modalities to be added to health insurance codes to enable consumers to have affordable access to the services that benefit and align with them the most. Included in the education of this change will automatically reduce insurance cost by up to 60%.

HHS Secretary Robert F Kennedy Jr. is spearheading groundbreaking health policy reforms that will benefit the American people for generations to come. My administration will fully align with RFK Jr. and push to have his policies codified at both federal and state levels. In some areas, we will go one step further than his federal level actions, to make California an exemplary state in health and vitality, and restore the environmental health and ecological diversity that the Golden State prides in.
